SAMVAD 2.0 is a restricted-access communication tool. This application is intended exclusively for authorized personnel and pre-approved users. It is not available for use by the general public.

- Camera Access: The app requests permission to access your device camera specifically for uploading images related to official reporting and communication. Images are processed only when the user initiates an upload.
- Authentication Data: Access is managed through official credentials to ensure a secure, limited user environment.
Third-Party Service Providers
To maintain high availability and advanced processing, we utilize:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): For secure cloud hosting, storage, and data infrastructure.
- Note: All data interactions with these providers are encrypted in transit and comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India.
Data Security
We implement robust administrative and technical safeguards, including industry-standard encryption, to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
Data Retention and Deletion
In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety and Account Deletion policies:
- Retention: Personal data is retained only for the duration of the user's authorized service.
- Deletion Requests: Users may request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data by sending a formal request to: samad.app@gov.in
- Request Processing: Upon verification of the request via the registered email, we will purge the associated data from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.
